This week I've heard a lot of new songs, so it was pretty hard to choose only seven.... this week list includes a duet of British Ben Hammersley with charming Emma Watson, Future Islands from Baltimore, Sea Change from Norway (currently located in Berlin), German Indie Rock band, The Notwist, Pastel Colours from Falmouth, S. Carey from Eau Claire and Beck's wonderful new release.

Milk (Pick Word #27)

Milk is the first liquid we drink when we are born. Naturally, we get it from our mothers but we can see that more people use milk substitutes instead of the real thing. Meanwhile, dairy farms worldwide produced over 730 million tonnes of milk in 2011. We also know that China and Russia are the world leading importers of  milk products, India is the world leading consumer of milk and New Zealand, EU, USA and Australia are the leaders in exporting. 10 years for Beck Hansen's "Sea Change"

On the 24th of September it would be 10 years since Beck Hansen released his highly appreciated album called Sea Change (2002). The album was written after he broke up with his fiancee, Leigh Limon which cheated on him with a member of Whiskey Biscuit band. Nigel Godrich, which is known for his works with Radiohead had produced that album. The acustic sound was very different of what Beck has done and it was compared to Nick Drake's work and to Bob Dylan's albums from the 70's. So here are the 5 tracks which I like most from this album

1) Lonesome Tears
